What to Expect:

A Balanced Experience – Work alongside our team in areas such as horse care, ranch maintenance, guest services, teaching yoga, or helping with social media, while also having free time to ride and explore. Work & stay participants may also assist with light gardening, meal preparation, or guest activities.

Immersive Ranch Lifestyle – Be part of the daily rhythm of the ranch, connecting with horses, nature, and like-minded travellers. Experience the unique blend of adventure, relaxation, and community that makes Rancho Las Cascadas special.

Adventure & Exploration – You may join any of the excursions offered to guests, such as visits to local markets and cultural experiences. Participation is subject to availability and space in the vehicle.

Learn About Hospitality & Guest Services – Gain hands-on experience in hospitality by helping with guest check-ins/check-outs helping to ensure guests have a memorable stay. This is a great opportunity for those interested in tourism, boutique hotels, guiding or ranch management.

Community & Cultural Exchange – Learn basic Spanish from the local staff or help teach English to them in return. Volunteers can also take part in social projects in the area, such as visiting local schools or engaging in community initiatives.
